Used with an exercise ball. The pump does not include an adapter for the standard tire inflation hose that came with the ball, but a wide range of adapters include one that works well (and probably gives a much better flow). Inflate the ball in just a few minutes, but not to par. diameter (27 inches instead of 30 inches). After a few days of use and stretching, the ball will inflate up to 28 inches - still not full, but strong enough. This pump is great for flotation devices, air mattresses, etc. and good enough for an exercise ball.
