I like how it's intuitive for my non-tech savvy users--it makes icon management easier than managing folders in Finder or navigating through applications' menus! When you're using multiple apps at once (like with work), sometimes there are so many options where your mouse may not reach everything easily; hence why this would be helpful as an alternative method of accessing certain items/icons quickly without having to open up other programs such as Photoshop if needed.

It could also help newbies learn more about working within their own files better rather then relying solely upon another program they've never used before.
