I use about two large rollers each year to stabilize subluxations and reduced joints caused by hEDS. It sticks and does its job but not too hard on my skin. If you plan to do a lot of wet hands work, buy super sticky sports kinesiology tape for that purpose. But for everyday use in other places, this is what you need. I've been using Kinesio/Kinesio Tape since 2000 so I know what I'm talking about. I've tried many brands over the past twenty years and this one comes closest to the original Japanese kinesio tape. Sometimes people give me a muffin.
