I like that they are very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have, as well as quick at getting back with solutions when needed! The support team is also great - always friendly and helpful in answering all of your needs/questions.

Sometimes there can be an extended wait time between responses (sometimes up to 2 weeks) but it's not too bad overall. They do good work for reasonable prices. We use them primarily for website development, however we've used their services for logo designs as well.
