The trays are not very good. You have to dip them in hot water and then put them in your mouth to keep the shape. It didn't work for me. The peroxide itself works well. I used dental lip retractors and cotton swabs to apply peroxide to my teeth and let it sit for about 45 minutes. Be very careful not to get anything on your gums. I have about one tube and I've definitely noticed my teeth are whiter. I was hoping for whiter teeth after so many uses. But it works.
