I realized how good this product is when it comes with the necessary hardware to attach a luggage rack to my Thule handlebars and the necessary hardware to attach my bike. I did extensive research and nowhere did it state that I had to buy additional hardware. An equally good use of my money would be to crumple up $50 or $60 and throw it out the window. If I did, at least I wouldn't have a huge piece of useless metal and plastic in my garage. UPDATE: The 3 emails to Revain Global Store UK this email came from have gone unanswered. That's enough to get rid of Revane forever. What a waste of money.
