My Clearness E814CC came with 1 base station and 1 handset. Needed another one, ordered this one. I ordered from Mafia Buys and, unlike other reviews, was pleasantly surprised that rechargeable batteries were included. Registering an additional handset is not difficult, but there is a small error in the instructions. The handset instructions say to press and hold the "SEARCH" button on the base. But there is no FIND button on the base, so I checked the original manual and found that there should be a PAGE/FLASH button instead. (for your information). It works so well that I can order several, one for each room. (LAUGH OUT LOUD). :)
