Great Customer Service - Increased Revenue

The customer service team is extremely helpful, they listen well & are always available for assistance! It was very easy getting set up with this software as there were several walkthroughs offered before implementation. I think it would be great if you could see how many people have been through each screen in real time so that when an issue arises we can pinpoint where our traffic might end-up going next (rather than just guessing). This has made my life much easier because now everyone knows exactly what menu items should go off first without having me explain things over again every single shift/weekend!! I like the ease of use and how quick the app is to set up. The customer service is great and the support team is always available to help you out. I dislike that the app is only available in the US. It would be great if we could have it in Canada as well. I would recommend this to any restaurant that is looking for a way to increase their revenue and customer base. We have been able to increase our revenue by about 20% and have more customers using the app.
