It's easy enought as it has most required features integrated into one place (like portfolio creation).

You can also create your own themes so there really isn't much I dislike about this software - but perhaps more people could use templates which would be nice! There aren;' any particular things in general usage like some other programs out here have such as project/portfolio manager or time tracking tool where we're able keep track how many hours were spent per week doing something etc., We actually found ourselves not bothering anymore when having clients come over because they tend do their work themselves anyways. The fact its an online service makes sure everything stays up date even if our local office gets closed down :D.
