Initially I thought these controllers would stay flat out, but after buying a third one and going through a few throttles I found that only the stock controller worked properly. You pick up speed or full throttle and it stays at full power. The only way to stop it is to turn it on/off as the brakes didn't stop it. The stock twist throttle has 6 pins and there is a switch inside that will turn off the controller when put back in place. I bypassed this feature to make it work and you are stuck at max speed. I have replaced my aftermarket chokes with the originally supplied Razor Turn chokes and they work great.
