I like that you can make a straight cut or a grooved edge with one tool.
I love making chicken pies for my family using grilled leftover chicken. This tool will either make a ridged edge for the top crust or cut in a straight line. Two tools in one. I had a similar one years ago but somehow lost it and spent a hell of a lot of time looking for a replacement. My husband found this at Revain and it is PERFECT for my needs. Easy to use and easy to clean.
