After making a recent purchase from Taloya, I was incredibly dissatisfied with both the quality and the price of the lighting fixtures that I bought from them. The products were manufactured poorly and had an unattractive appearance, despite the fact that they were marketed as being of a high quality and fashionable. After I had the fixtures installed, I observed that they gave off a feeble and dim light that barely provided enough illumination for the space. After only a few days of use, the lighting fixtures started to malfunction, with some of them flickering or even completely turning off altogether. When I called Taloya's customer support to express my frustrations, the representatives were unhelpful and condescending toward me. They wouldn't give me a refund or an exchange and instead suggested that I buy more products so that I could attempt to fix the problem on my own. In general, I would not advise anyone searching for high-quality lighting fixtures to purchase anything from Taloya. Their products are overpriced and of poor quality, and their customer support is slow to respond and provides no assistance. Look elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for illumination to spare yourself the trouble.
