The most frustrating device setup I've ever encountered and I'm pretty tech savvy. Are you constantly switching between my name and "guest"? Tried restarting the device twice. I can't find a support phone number anywhere! No chat option. Fast track email only. Lots of questions asked and waited all day. No Answer. Found the number online and tried it, HQ is in San Francisco. The voice prompt said it wasn't working at that time, which is lunchtime in California. Bluetooth won't connect to my iPhone. So far I have a very expensive paperweight. I actually thought about buying a blood pressure cuff at the same time. Of course I'm glad I didn't. I don't even usually write reviews, and when I do it's because I'm excited as a keen and longtime core customer - but that seems like the only way to get a response from Qardio. Extremely disappointed as the app is clean with a great UI and shows promise but WOW. Epic failure.
