Purchased after it appeared as a featured toy. It was one of the best toys for Easter basket fillers this year as well. I thought my 1 year old would really like them and that they would be a toy he could play with for years. When he gets them, he really likes them, but he keeps putting them in his mouth and biting, which flattens the ends, and then you have to bend them back to try again. Aside from that little flaw, he likes to hold and shake her. However, he does NOT like the loud noises they make when you stretch and pull them apart. I just think it scares him too much. I think he will really love them and despite the small flaws I would still recommend them to children from 1 year old!
