Works pretty well in shower caps
Works great for keeping heat inside. Regular plastic caps don't hold my head as well so I feel deep treatments penetrate better. The foil-like material allows more heat to escape, allowing the cuticles to open wider. The material is starting to wear off a bit, I've been using it for about a month now. So it will probably take a few more months. The brown you see in the cracks on the lid is my wood floor to give you an idea of what I mean in terms of wear and tear.
