The user interface of this software makes it very easy for new users to understand what they need in order to use the product effectively. It's also simple enough that older employees who are familiar witheir needs don't have any problems using all aspects of the tool. There isn’t much I dislike about the program - everything seems pretty intuitive when you begin learning how to work through each function. You should consider giving your team members access to training material or videos to make sure everyone has sufficient knowledge before implementing the system into production environments. We've been able to reduce back-office time by nearly 50% since implementation. I love that you have all of your forms at one area so it's easy to use when creating new agreements or updating an existing agreement. The software does not seem very intuitive for inexperienced users. It takes more time than necessary in order to get familiar with its features before using it frequently. This product has allowed us to be able to keep track of many different types of items under contract such as terms & conditions, NDA, non-disclosure, employee communications, etc.
