The software is intuitive and easy to use for both new users as well as advanced users who are familiar with some other products.

It has been very helpful in streamlining my workflow, allowing me to focus more time on what I do best - helping customers! There isn't much that I dislike about this product at all. We have had no issues since we started using it over three months ago. So far so good! In addition to being an effective solution for logging customer interactions, it's also helped us organize our support tickets into separate sub-categories which helps prioritize them appropriately.
