Perfect fit for my TB16 docking station
Works like a charm and very easy to replace. Simply lift the rubber plate from the front without removing it and unscrew the two small screws. The old one pulls out easily, then simply insert the new one, tighten the screws and the rubber plate snaps into place. Now you're good to go. Don't forget to authorize your new Thunderbolt cable.
