I can't believe I paid for it, the quality is disgusting.

Do not buy from me if you value your sanity. Take a lot of time off work to deal with a complaint. And the firm staff will be nasty, blaming the customer for the problem. This is an absolutely repulsive mentality.
I have included an illustration of a happy marriage.
Don't make a hasty purchase decision.

Pros

If not a wedlock, then at least a cushy chair

Cons

There is a problem with every other Metta chair. This is found out during the assembly of a previously acquired chair. After that, the consumer is subject to never-ending complaints and supply delays for expensive replacement parts.

Has some pros Excellent chair. Arrived on time, easy to assemble. Sitting on the grid is a little unusual, but nothing sweats. Tons of adjustments. Cons below: I use it for 2 weeks, until nothing creaks and falls apart
