We received this product quickly. It's easy to use; Simply follow the preparation instructions, then add to your favorite water container. A small issue is that one of the two sticks in our packaging was broken, but we don't think that really affects the performance of the product. Maybe it's just us, but we believe it improves the taste of our drinking water. We'll likely be reordering this once we've exhausted the potency of the two sticks we currently have.
- Reactivate the activated charcoal every two weeks by boiling and drying for 10 minutes
