And worst of all is the icon that shows how long the battery life will be.
Do not buy. That thing eats batteries. This is the first kitchen scale I've owned and wasn't aware of the "battery problem". I've now spent almost as much on batteries as I spent on the purchase price. And the worst thing is the icon that shows the battery life is half consumed, but the bar shows "low" and goes out. This has happened to me several times when I was baking and had to improvise to complete the recipes. That's not a very good scale.
