I bought three of these screen protectors. One of them concerned the iPad's screen, which was cracked on one side. This screen protector didn't work for this iPad because the glass pieces were missing. Without glass splinters, the protective film will not adhere properly! Then I tried it on an iPad with a perfect screen and the screen protector worked like a charm! You must follow the instructions and clean the screen very well. First with the supplied cloth and then with the blue adhesive tape. You then peel off the protective layer from the screen and position it using the two provided tabs and voila! You have a perfectly applied protective film! It looks really good and you hardly notice it. The iPad works great with it. It was much easier to install than the screen protector. No bubbles! Keep the blue adhesive sheet until you apply the protective sheet as it will not stick properly even if there is at least a speck of dust on it. The advantage is that the film can be removed, stains removed and the film replaced as often as you like! But it's better to clean it thoroughly and stick a protective film over it the first time!
