I will not buy again. I can't read at night as easily as the description says. Maybe mine is broken, but the backlight only stays on briefly when I select meat and flavor. I haven't found a way to turn on the backlight without changing the settings. I've always known that chicken should be cooked to 165Β°. Even my chicken packaging suggests that. But this thermometer has a temperature of 180Β°, so the beep is good, but if you wait until then, I think you will have a very dry piece of cooked chicken.
