Bought printer for personal use. The attitude was fine. However, since then I have had various problems. At first I had problems with the message that I was offline. After about 1 1/2-2 hours on the phone from the hotline, this problem seems to have been resolved. Then I got error messages saying I'm using the wrong paper size and I'm out of paper, which wasn't true. I couldn't solve them even after numerous computer and printer restarts and uninstalls and reinstalls. I am completely frustrated and exhausted trying to use this printer. I bought it because it had an excellent rating and I loved trying it. Needless to say I am bitterly disappointed.
