This was purchased to be able to get into a few problem areas that even daily flossing cannot reach. The water tank is conveniently small, which makes it easier to use and more portable, but it also means I have to refill it a few times in a single session if I want to treat my entire gum line and problem areas. Sometimes the on/off switch is a little fiddly, but most of the time it's not a problem, I have to "feel" the switch. I have to turn the device on and off during a brushing session or my mouth gets very clogged. (At first I tried making that "open maw" in the shower easy so there wouldn't be such a watery mess around the sink, but it was harder to control, so I went back to the usual "above that Sink, "closed mouth" requires more frequent on and off turns.) Adjusting the jet power is nice, but best in the shower or anywhere else you can "play" with this switch to make a mess. So far, so good!
