I use them to build a closed network of IP security cameras. They create a fast network environment and have a large bandwidth. Since using them I haven't had any falling cameras or videos. Also, the cameras are much more responsive to PTZ controls. Setup was easy too. I routed the power through the garage wall to the wire junction box. I connected a block in the cable box as the main cable path. Connected another one in my office as a single line connection. Worked right out of the gate. The easiest setup I can think of! I've been using powerline networking equipment and I think this product is pretty amazing too, but it wasn't that easy to set up and the bandwidth wasn't enough so I was dropping frames sometimes and whole cameras sometimes. . Also, the PTZ controls were too fast and I kept readjusting the target image due to setup delays. These guys run at least 100 Mbps and I'm sure they can do a lot more, but that's about all I need and can measure.
