I was really surprised at how well made this product is so wanted to share some thoughts. Here are a few things I found good and bad about him: FOR:1. The infrared clip is really cool. On the bottom left is a silver button that causes the clips to mechanically open and close, allowing you to place and remove your phone from the stand. The clips also open and close when your hand is next to the stand. The sensor resets with a slight delay to avoid accidentally triggering it while your hand is still in range. The fit is very snug so I'm sure my phone won't fall out. However, I wonder how long the motor will last.2. Materials are generally of good quality. I particularly like the rubber pad on the stand. It's soft but very grippy, which is important for keeping the phone in place. CONS: 1. The green light below is too big and too bright. It can be a little distracting when driving at night. The sole purpose of the light is to let you know that the charger is on and working. I wish this light was a little smaller.
