I bought this beach bag to carry my phone, keys, book, snacks, sunscreen and simple things. I am shocked how big this bag really is. I was expecting a medium sized bag but it is much larger than my expectations. I can fit a lot more than I expected and would easily fit a couple of beach towels as well as everything else mentioned above. I had read in a previous review that the handles came loose so I pulled them extra before using the bag to make sure they were tied securely. There were no issues with the handles and I'm very happy with the stability of the bag.
