This would be a great laptop if it didn't break. With its pros: Great balance between power and compactness. Retina, trackpad, build quality (but not individual components). Type C, over time you get used to them and it becomes convenient, especially charging a laptop from any port. Different cons: A year later, the cable leading to the display was covered - yellow spots appeared in the corners of the screen. I managed to fix it a month before the warranty expired, I had to give it to the service for a week. After another six months, a critical mass of dirt accumulated in the keyboard and some of the buttons began to stick. It is especially unpleasant when Command does it. For now, I endure and survive with a special utility (!), Which filters double clicks, but, apparently, I will have to bring it to the service again soon. Why I should think about such things when buying a laptop for $2022 remains a mystery.
