Great for my shoulder

I bought this to do my physical therapy stretches for my shoulder at home. It works great. It is very firm so if you are looking for one with a little give you might want to look around some more. It is great for post work out foam rolling though or for an ab workout.

Pros

It helps in exercising my neck, shoulder and back.

Cons

May not be suitable for beginners or those new to exercising or massage therapy
