Product arrived promptly and was easy transaction. I think this product will live up to my expectations, as it does increase volume of your hair.I have long hair and it made it look fuller and thicker.and to the touch there is no sticky residule. Im rating the product a 5 star.but the shipping charges were alittle much.I'd rate them a 2 but everyone is in this to make money and I guess this is the price you pay
