UPDATE: Unfortunately I had to update my review and downgraded the stars as it didn't last long. The ball bearing mount is broken so we can no longer use it. I do not recommend buying. Tired of having our phone in the cup holder I was looking for another option and stumbled upon this one. When I saw the high reviews I ordered. Our phone cases (which we ordered at the same time) included a magnet and they work great with this mount so we didn't need the magnets that came with them. The only disappointment with this product and the reason for only 4 stars and not 5 is the adhesive. As with many other reviews, the adhesive strip is completely ineffective. I followed the directions on the box and the tape didn't stick. That must be because the surface is slightly patterned. The included cleaning cloth was almost dry when opened. I saw a few other reviews mentioning this. The company is also not allowed to include it in the packaging. We ended up buying some super glue to attach the mount to the car and so far so good. Keep this in mind when you decide to purchase this product. Otherwise it works fine for our first week of use.
