I wore this jacket all winter in Colorado training for a half marathon. It was enough for what I needed and I liked the thumbhole cuffs and pockets, but the jacket is in dire need of a few tweaks. First, you need reflective material for winter running. I felt a little uncomfortable running in this jacket at night. Also, the hood synchro drawstring is too long and dangling too much. It was so distracting that I just deleted it. My flash couldn't stand it, it started breaking from below after about 6 weeks of regular wear. The material is also very easy to color. It helped me get through the season - it's worth the $23 I paid for it, but it's going in the trash.
