Disappears for my opinion

We bought this for our son for Christmas. He was very excited when he opened it and played with it right away. Our disappointment mostly comes from the fact that when you use the pen to draw the image shows up and then fades almost completely away within seconds. The magnet shapes work better than the pen but the pen is what’s used the most. I’m not sure if this is the way they all are, or if we just got a defective one; either way, I would not recommend this product because of it. The travel size one work better but the full size one does not work as it should.

Pros
  • CHUCHIK
Cons
  • The board might not be as sturdy as other magnetic drawing boards

My boys are having fun while learning how to write their letters. They love this toy. We even use the magnetic pen for science (finding things that are attracted to magnets) and we found that the pen glides easily on the wooden letter board when we misplaced the wooden pencil. The magnetic board is easy to clean and fits perfectly on the shelf with the rest of the learning materials. The only issue we have had is the magnetic balls on the board sometimes fall down on their own or don’t come up when gliding the pen across… but it’s a minor inconvenience for my boys enjoying learning to write
