Great stand and garter belt!
We have a 1961 brick fireplace. The bricks are an unusual size and we didn't want them to be damaged. We also didn't want to change the look by adding a robe. This is the perfect "solution" if you still want to make sure that "the stockings hang neatly on the chimney". I assembled it in five minutes.
