UPDATE2: The new replacement works great and I have no problems with it. The fact that Happycall fixed the problem is reassuring. UPDATE 1: Well, Happycall sent us a substitute bench and didn't ask for a refund from the struggling bench. While the new pot works fine, it looks like the previous one had an unseen problem. Customer service is good, at least we know they care about their customers. I will update this review after using the pot more and more. Now non-stick (new) and easy to clean. Before: The pan is no longer non-stick, no stains, but every time I cook (after the first 4-5 uses) a random spot or two doesn't seem like it's sticky at all . What good is a ceramic pan if you can't fry anything in it? I really don't understand, there is no shortage, but what I cook sticks! Even with very low heat, washing is also painful. As you can see in the photo, the center is burned.
