This shower head is said to have four different positions but they are indistinguishable. I can only tell the difference between the two. If I had a different shower head, I would send it back. There should be a better description of each of the four settings with a picture, perhaps to help you tell the differences. You can't tell the difference at all from the pictures online. And the pressure isn't good either. 04/15/2020 Hope this gets updated. Thank goodness I got a refund for this because just today the shower head started making weird noises and the color changing stopped!
