The ability for teams or individuals within an organization can easily create their own campaigns/idea board as well share with others in different departments without having any technical knowledge required! This saves lots time when it comes down creating new idea platforms from scratch which would normally take weeks if not months!! Also easy integration into Salesforce so you have access anywhere there's internet connection - no need anymore just log-in using your SFDC credentials. It could be better by adding more features like custom fields etc but nothing major at this stage since we're still working out how best utilize what has been included already :) Great product overall though definitely worth considering given its ease of implementation compared other similar products available now such as Pardot & Marketo!
