Bought these straps in early 2017. Since then I've been using them a lot and haven't had any problems. When not in use they are stored in the side crate of my truck. During use, they were exposed to the rain and Florida sun most of the time. They are used to keep my tractor's wing juxtaposed during transport. I have also used them to attach a car to a trailer and I think these are great straps for the money. I'm writing this review 2 years later because I have other light to medium weight harnesses that are about 5 years old and nearing the end of their useful life. I am buying 4 more of these straps because the first set worked so well. I bet they'll last a few more years, I'm still sure of that.
