The column is the best of its price range and delivers respectable audio quality. The benefits: A satisfying balance between cost and quality. Even with the column's unfinished power, you can use it to pump the air in your own living room. The audio is respectable for a device of this size and shape. Metal with good sound compression feels tight, but it's best suited to electronic music with a lot of low frequencies. There is no perceptual degradation due to the lack of stereo. As far as speaker sizes go, this is about as good as it gets for on the go use. Not only does it look great, but it's also been put together really well. Even the column's heft is acceptable by normal standards. The disadvantages are as follows. Some may be disappointed by the lack of a mini-jack aux input, although this is unnecessary in 95% of scenarios if you connect from a smart phone over Bluetooth. In addition, although clip 3 shows the charge, the battery level is not displayed in the status bar on my phone, so I will have to monitor by the indicator on the column itself. Perhaps this is a problem with my phone (HONOR10).
