This is a great bag, but it has one annoying quality. The outer zip running along the sides rattles and rattles with every step and is visibly annoying. The sound does not stop even if you remove the safety lock. The only way to stop the ringing is to release the safety catch, unzip the zipper a bit and slide the zipper puller into your pocket. If the design of this compartment had only zipped across and not on the sides, this probably wouldn't have happened. I have a smaller bag and it's completely silent because it doesn't have a zipper on the sides. Otherwise a great bag!
