Review on Enhance Vehicle Performance with Walker Exhaust 35819 Exhaust System Hanger by Avishai Menon

This is definitely NOT for 1995 Jeep Cherokee XJ. It will not fit other years with the same exhaust configuration. It also does not come with the hardware shown in the picture. It doesn't resize properly like other people have said in their reviews, it's too long and too narrow for the job, redrilling the hole puts them too close to the edges. The photo shows the correct part on the left.
