This is the 2nd failed product I have purchased. It seemed like a great adapter because I could use it to charge my phone or one of my laptops, but both chargers I bought stopped charging my laptops. The voltage should vary for different laptop models depending on the tip used. It worked first by going from 15v to 19.5v when I put the lenovo tip on the end, but then they just stopped going to 19.5v and kept charging at 15v which caused it my laptop was not charging. After the first one broke I tried to return it but 30 days passed so I just bought the second one. Now the second one has also failed after the 30-day return period.
