Suitable for soap making
They are too small for ice cream. When the mold is placed on a flat surface, the top line of the mold will not be parallel to the ground, so some molds will not fill completely when filled with water; the water just runs out. We use them for soap molds with my kids and they don't mind as glycerine soap dries fairly quickly in a thin layer and doesn't spill like water anyway.
