Review on ๐ŸŽฎ [Updated] Hand Grip for Nintendo 2DS XL: Includes 1 Stylus and 1 Clear Case by Kyle Awasthi

I like this handle on Nintendo Systems

I like this handle. I never got the first iteration because I just got 2ds Xl. Basically I got this version because I have all the physical games and I can't take the crank off to change the game every time. It's open all the time, so that's not a problem. I also like the angles of the handles. I have somewhat large hands and it really feels like a comfortable controller and really helps when playing games like Mario Kart as well as games like the Tony Hawk series. Weirdly, I seem to take it off when playing side scrollers like Rayman, New Super Mario Bros, Donkey Kong, etc. Watch Netflix on it. I found a use for it when I first played Bloons Tower Defense on my break from work. I was able to set it up with a stand and use the touchscreen to see everything instead of leaving it on a table with no viewing angles. Also, for some reason they sent me a transparent back instead of the advertised front. Doesn't make much sense since the handle covers the back, but I have the front and back covers from another purchase. So I personally didn't care. The pin is also very difficult to pull out. I have short nails so I had a hard time, but basically it's the exact same pen that comes with the 2ds. It's just as small so it shouldn't be a big deal if you have the original stylus as the bottom is open and the regular stylus is always available. I don't want to shoot a star for a hard pen because if you have the original you don't need it. I also don't want to deduct a star for sending the back instead of the front as I think it could just be a shipping error and not a defective product. I've only had it 2 days at the time of writing this review so can't speak to the clips holding it together. Some people say clips come off very easily. I was very careful with this (as with all my electronics) so I had no problems with it. The time will show. If they eventually break I will update this review to see how long it held up. For the price I'd definitely take this if you have hand cramps or seem to retune your hands frequently while playing the DS. Definitely worth it.
