I really like holding a gimbal with two hands on a DSLR gimbal especially when you turn on the monitor/recorder and other things . It's pretty tiring and you need a lot of stability to develop good technique. My two complaints about this aren't great but deserve attention: 1- Structural metal isn't hard enough. It comes with threads but they break easily even if you try to tighten a little moderately. Not scary, just worth mentioning again. 2- Design Base / Attachments. Two things are wrong with this design. Where the adapter connects to the bottom of the stabilizer, this stabilizer has a rubber gasket to prevent contact with metals. If you try to tighten the handle so that it no longer moves freely, the rubber on the bottom will warp and almost break. It would be great to have a metal plate to prevent this as all tripod bases do. And the same thing happens with the Gimbal Mini Tripod. The adapter will not fit without causing wear and excessive damage to the rubber seal. That's not necessarily a reason for me not to use that handy grip, it's worth mentioning because it's great to have that little bit of extra grip, it can destroy the base of my stabilizer. At the end? I ended up getting an adapter to use 15mm tubes from the heavy duty 3/8" stabilizer port and connect everything else from there.
