Warewolf - Great tool with great support

I like most about this product is its ease of use as well as its wide range of features which makes integration very easy in comparison to similar products.
Sometimes there's lag time between when an activity gets updated or changed and what appears in the UI.

Also sometimes certain activities don't show up at all despite being available for inputting data into those specific fields. It helps us manage our inventory better by having a single place where we collect all information regarding our stock items so that they're easily accessible from any location.

Pros

Great user interface
Easy access via web browser without installation required.
Wide selection o f pre built apps already outthere with good reviews, including free ones if you'd prefer not making your own custom app development process too difficult!
Good support response times (not immediately) even during holidays/weekend days etc.and usually within 24 hours max)
User friendly configuration options; especially nice since it doesn
