Yes, I think it's a good addition.
In fact I had never tried turmeric before until I saw a video by Dr. Berg came across the name, which recommended it as an excellent dietary supplement. However, I have to try it for a few more weeks before I can confirm its effectiveness. In any case, the taste is acceptable when mixed with honey. And of course it looks cool. The feeling is good and calming and serene after ingestion.
