I bought this oven for a specific reason. Our old oven broke so all we were left with was the hob. Even simple dishes that weren't difficult to prepare had to be left aside as they required an oven. When this dish arrived it was like heaven had fallen on me. No joke. It was such a blessing to be able to cook things like roasted vegetables, cakes, tempura shrimp, pizza and so on. Not to mention mozzarella toast. The roast is fairly even and consistent in color. I've found that it reaches a golden crust faster in the back of the oven than in the front of the jar. However, this is normal and does not matter. The available programs meet my taste. I just needed to understand a bit, which brings me to the golden crust.
