It was definitely a great purchase. First, it folds very compactly into the smallest body. Which I like because it doesn't take up disk space. Perfect size when open, not too big and not too small. I brought this for the new kitten we bring home so she has a safe place to be comfortable and get used to us. We have an open plan apartment so the door cages wouldn't work and I wouldn't want the kitten to be alone in the bedroom all day as we spend most of our time in the living room. I wanted the kitten to get used to our sound. It's also great if the cat needs to be monitored after surgery. Love it.
